Child Sex Tourism Situation Analysis in Tanzania
The study was conducted in collaboration with various government stakeholders. The regions covered with this study were 4 region of Tanzania mainland i.e. Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mbeya, Mwanza.
The respondents of the study were child of CSEC, tour guides, community leaders; workers in the hotels, Tourist board, Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Fly catchers, beach boys, food vendors, CHODAWU, taxi drivers and community members live nearby tourist sites. The findings of the study reveals that, problem exist especially in Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Zanzibar. This is because the regions are well known for tourist attraction and the regions are busy with tourist activities all over the year.

Development of National Plan of Action against CSEC and Government commitment for supporting and adoption.
The key people from Ministry of Community Development Gender and Children have been consulted several times to put their opinions in the NPA draft so that we can conduct stakeholders meeting. The meeting is expected to be held at the end of March 2010. Currently we are in the initial preparation.
